Acquired as vacant land after several unsuccessful development attempts by other firms, North Shore Development Partners developed, constructed, and then opened Overlook on the Creek in 2015. The project was partially financed with TIF from the City of Minnetonka, an allocation of tax-exempt bonds and four percent low-income housing tax credits.
